Artist: Pudlo Pudlat (1916–1992). Pudlo Pudlat was a prominent Kinngait artist known for combining traditional Arctic imagery with imaginative and often humorous subjects. He was the first Inuit artist honored with a retrospective exhibition at the National Gallery of Canada.
