THE COLORADO SKI MAPby Manuscript Maps While the US State of Colorado may look like a simple rectangle, this map is anything but simple. Showing the 33 ski areas and resorts of the spectacular Centennial State, the map also notes when they were founded, their size in acres, and their vertical drop in feet. Fourteen well-loved but closed areas are also mapped, a number of the ‘fourteeners’, and the slopes / pistes of six of the most historic and famous resorts: Aspen, Breckenridge, Steamboat, Telluride, Vail, and Winter Park. The original map was drawn by hand in 2019, and it was revised and re-drawn in October 2020 for a second edition print run. The recently re-opened Cuchara Mountain Park was added, and ornate letters for ‘ROCKY MTNS’ were carefully worked-in across the already very detailed map. For anyone who loves skiing, snowboarding, or one of the beautiful states in the USA, this map is perfect to grace the walls of their home! This map is also available with a mount (mat-board).
