Antique Lithograph Engraving" The Frown" W. D. Taylor, E. Bicknell, T. W.Norman

A lithography print by W. D. Taylor (William Dean Taylor, c. 1794–1857) of "The Frown" a painting by Thomas Webster, R.A. (English, 1800–1886). The painting was completed in 1842. It was part of the collection of E. Bicknell Esqe. (Elhanan Bicknell, 1788–1861), a major Victorian art collector. It's in a frame made by T. W. Norman & Co. It measures 26 1/2" x 18 1/8" from the outside of the frame. The frame is very deteriorated, and there are some stains on the print.
